About Us
We are more than one hundred members strong and growing. The members who participate in ‘day-to-day’ deliberations are over twenty five, with frequent participation by members beyond this group.

An editorial group is responsible for the contents of the website.
We are a non-profit organization registered with the State of California.
To promote our objectives we demonstrate on selected Sundays from noon to 1 pm at the corner of Main and 10th street; and at times on Rt.67 and Mussy Grade on selected days and times. These demonstrations are announced through member e-mails. Everybody is invited to participate. If anyone would like to be added to our e-mail list, please use CONTACT US link. We meet most Wednesdays at 6:00 PM.
Usually, first and second Wednesdays of the month the meetings are held at the Ramona Public Library. The first Wednesday meetings are usually for brainstorming and some presentations.
Second Wednesday of the month: As part of our community awareness program, we hold at least one ‘Current Events Night’ most of the months — movies, special guests, topical conversation, book or article discussions, and the like. Look for our news paper announcements in OUR TOWN section of Ramona Sentinel. Also Check our Special Events notices.
Third Wednesday meetings are held at member houses.
Fourth Wednesday of most months: We meet at PEACE GARDEN, the Ramona Forum Garden at Ron’s Place. We also meet some Saturday afternoons. Peace Garden meetings are social gatherings and garden work sessions as well.

We have a collection of documentaries, movies, books, journals and magazine. See the Media Library for a list. Members can borrow these materials from our Librarian Penny.

The Director of the San Diego County Library cordially invites you to attend the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new Ramona Library on November 16, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. The event will be held at the site of the new library, 1349 Main St.
